Founded in the Suffolk village of Withersfield in 1944 by Guy’s grandfather, Albert Kiddy, our Withersfield herd is the oldest herd of pedigree large white pigs in the United Kingdom. We are proud of both our female and male lines.
Female Lines
The Withersfield Large White lines can be traced to the start of our herd in 1944, over time they have gained a reputation for both productivity and efficiency. Our breeding focuses on improving reproductive traits, closely measuring and monitoring:
